To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turner IT & Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• Access to services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• We may retain certain data as required by law

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turner IT & Security and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
